- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I could not agree more about the poor customer service in the Plainfield branch. There is one teller in particular who is 'new' that has to be one of the rudest people I have ever seen. The past couple of times I have been in the Plainfield branch the employees there act like you are just an annoyance and you are putting them out. I have been banking there for over 25 years, but now looking to change where I bank. I refuse to be treated like that. Terrible customer service.By JM C, April 16, 2017
